The faculty members pre-plan and design their lectures incorporating the most relevant content. They adopt a learner-centric approach by including presentations, quizzes and gamifications in their teaching. The lectures are drafted keeping in mind the competence of the students, to assure maximum learning outcome.
Simulation Games
Deep actionable knowledge and decision-making skills develop when people have the chance to apply classroom theory in the real world, with its messy complexity, time pressures, and irreversible consequences’ as expressed by Prof, John Sterman from MIT. At XIME Chennai, Learning is reinforced through various simulation platforms, games and techniques.
Case Studies
At XIME, we follow a case-based curriculum. This enables the students to have simulative experience by handling real-life cases, giving them a chance to put to test their knowledge and analytical skills. These case studies help them to groom their problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Also, these case studies help them to increase their thinking abilities and to develop new ideas and strategies for tackling the management problems.

The college conducts academic seminars and workshops during which eminent academicians, researchers and industry experts share their experiences.
