As a partial requirement of our PGDM programme, we require our students to undertake an internship in the summer break between the students’ first and second year. The projects that students work on give them an understanding of and exposure to the demands of any reputed company. Students use the learnings gained and relationships built during their time interning to further their careers. Internships also act as a way for companies to secure talent early on through a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer). Our students have continuously received positive feedback for the work they have done, and this trend is only expected to continue through the years.
