Training- Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited
XIME successfully conducted "Young Managers Programme", a five-day intensive training initiative held at the XIME campus in Oragadam, Chennai, from 22nd to 26th April 2024. This residential programme brought together 29 high-potential employees from Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals & Fertilizers (TFL), SPIC, and Greenstar Fertilizers, for a comprehensive learning experience. Prof Rajarajan and Ms. Arul Thava Mary successfully conducted the sessions.
