Dr. Usha S., Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Pondicherry Central University and an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing. She is UGC-NET qualified, a Certified Trainer in Student-Centric Learning (SCL), and has served as a MOOC Moderator for an IIT-developed online course. With nearly two decades of academic and banking experience, her expertise spans Finance, Consumer Behaviour, and Brand Management. Her research interests include sustainability and technology-enabled learning, with publications in Scopus and ABDC journals. She has guided three doctoral scholars and serves as an International Judge for QS Reimagine Education and the QS ImpACT Skills Challenge.
