Ms. Sheetal Singh is an enthusiastic academician and researcher with expertise in
entrepreneurship, startup innovation, personality traits, and business management. She is
currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Manipal University, where her research focuses on the
influence of personality traits, motivational factors, and networking behavior on
entrepreneurial outcomes in Indian startups.
She has a wide experience of publishing research papers in Q1 and Q2 Scopus-indexed
journals and has presented her work at prestigious national and international conferences,
including those hosted by IIMs. Passionate about fostering entrepreneurial mindsets, Ms.
Singh integrates innovative teaching methods and practical insights to inspire students to
develop ideas, build startups, and innovate solutions.
Her current academic interests include entrepreneurial networking, women entrepreneurship,
startup ecosystems, and AI-driven innovation in entrepreneurship. At XIME Chennai, she is
dedicated to mentoring students, promoting experiential learning, and contributing to the
growth of the institution’s entrepreneurial culture.
