Dr. S. Ajit is a dedicated and accomplished academician with over 23 years of extensive experience in
teaching, research, and curriculum development. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at
XIME, Chennai, and previously held the position of Professor in the Department of Management
Studies at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai. Dr. Ajit holds a Ph.D. in Management from
Bharathiar University, an M.Phil. in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, an MBA with
dual specialization in Marketing and Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering. His academic and research interests span Operations Management, Supply Chain
Management, Total Quality Management, and Project Management.
