Prof. Bothichandar is a passionate and experienced teacher with 23 years of experience, well-organized, with strong skills in developing and implementing learning programs and motivating students. He is ready to discuss processes at different levels of an organization and efficient methods of achieving objectives. He has served as Faculty in the Industrial Engineering Department, Ambo University, Ethiopia; as Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, India; as Senior Lecturer at Lingaya's Institute of Management & Technology, Faridabad, India; and as Lecturer at PDMCE, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India.

He holds a Ph.D. from Sharda University, Greater Noida, an M.E. (Industrial Engineering & Management) from SGSITS, Indore, a B.Tech (Aeronautical) from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai, and a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from Madras University, India.

Dr. Bothichandar has numerous publications to his credit, including 13 Scopus-indexed journal papers, 10 international conference papers, 3 national conference papers, and 21 other conference presentations.
