Dr. A. Uma Maheswari is an academician, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in higher education, academic leadership, and interdisciplinary teaching. She holds a doctorate in Psychology and possesses multidisciplinary qualifications in management, psychology, counselling, and allied disciplines. A UGC-NET qualified scholar in both Management and Psychology and TNSET qualified in Psychology, she has held academic leadership positions and contributed significantly to teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, institutional administration, and faculty development. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Sustainable HRM, AI in Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, and Behavioural Sciences. She has authored over 25 scholarly publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles, case studies, book chapters, and international teaching cases, and serves as a reviewer for reputed international journals. She is proficient in quantitative research methods, psychometric assessment, statistical analysis, AI-assisted research tools, and technology-enabled pedagogy, with a strong focus on evidence-based management education and interdisciplinary research.
