Dr. Kasinglung Panmei holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Madras and has qualified UGC-NET examination multiple times. He specialises in Human Resource Management (HRM), with research interests spanning Artificial Intelligence in HR organisational behaviour, employee well-being, and business ethics. Dr. Panmei brings adistinctive blend of academic, corporate, and educational experience. Before joining XIME, he worked as a Financial Analyst at IBM and as an Academic Coordinator at Pearso India Education Services Pvt. Ltd. These diverse professional experiences enable him to bridge academic theory with industry practice while fostering application-oriented learning. A passionate researcher, Dr. Panmei has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed, UGC-CARE, ABDC, and international journals. His current research focuses on AI-enabled Human Resource Management, algorithmic decision-making, technology adoption, and trust in artificial intelligence. Committed to academic excellence, Dr. Panmei integrates research-driven insights with experiential learning to prepare future managers and leaders for the rapidly evolving business environment.
