Dr.R.Sundari is a seasoned and passionate professor with a robust record of accomplishment of over two decades in teaching and research. She is specialized in Marketing and Human Resources. She received her PhD from Mother Teresa Women’s university, Kodaikanal in 2013.Her areas of expertise include Branding, Services marketing, Strategic management and Event management. She has published and presented papers in National and International Conferences and Seminars. She has also received a grant from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development towards organising training programme for youth titled” Financial Prudence for Youth Empowerment”. She has coordinated and led numerous workshops and faculty development programs. Additionally, she serves as a facilitator for training sessions focused on soft skills and life oriented skills at various colleges. She motivates and inspires students through dynamic talks on self-improvement, overcoming challenges, goal setting, and the importance of resilience.
