International Conference on Advancement in Management for Sustainable Leadership (ICAMSL-2025)

Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Chennai, hosted the International Conference on Advancement in Management for Sustainable Leadership (ICAMSL-2025) on March 21, 2025, in hybrid mode. The event featured 62 research papers across Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Innovation, with participants from top institutions like VIT, SSN, SRM, and Sri Ramachandra.

The conference was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Ganesan Nagarajan, Head of Operations, Vestas India, who highlighted sustainable leadership. Special addresses were delivered by Dr. S. Thanigaiarasu, Dr. A. Tamilarasu, and Dr. Subramanian Muthuraman. Convened by Dr. R. Sundari, Senior Assistant Professor, the conference celebrated academic excellence with track-wise Best Paper Awards, inspiring participants to advance innovative and practical sustainable management practices.
