XSEED @ Blue Cross Chennai
On September 8, 2024, the XSEED Club of XIME Chennai visited the Blue Cross of India, an animal welfare charity that has been active for over six decades. The organization is known for its animal birth control surgeries and anti-rabies efforts (ABC-AR), and also rescues and treats abandoned or injured animals. During the visit, the XSEED members, volunteers toured various facilities, including PAWSITIVES, which cares for abandoned pets, and BHAGWAN MAHAVEER ABHAY SALA, a shelter for cows and goats rescued from roads. The visit was an enriching experience, highlighting the compassion and dedication involved in caring for animals, embarking towards humanity and viewing life from a different perspective.
