MARIA PHILIP FUTURE LEADERS DEBATE - 2024

The annual flagship event of XIME that intends to nurture the future leaders of the coming age.

Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Chennai, continued their tradition with the "Maria Philip Future Leaders Debate Competition," honoring debating skills. Teams from Madurai, Tirunelveli, Chennai, and Coimbatore participated. The state-level finale on February 15, 2024, featured winning teams. The theme, "Government should not be in business of business," spurred discourse, refining public speaking and leadership skills. The event offered personal growth, knowledge, networking, and Gen Z perspectives, igniting enthusiasm among participants.
