Dr NC Rajyalaskhmi is an MBA, Ph.D, having 26 years of experience in academics. Worked for 4.5 years at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. 6.5 years at Badruka College PG Centre, Hyderabad and 15 years at Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Hyderabad. She is having flair in Finance, HR and other Management subjects. She also held various administrative positons during her stint with Siva Sivani Institute of Management. She gave more than ten TV programmes on the topic, ‘Career Counselling for Graduates,’. She is having 14 publications in various journals . She was also resource person in various seminars held by Institutes in Hyderabad.
