Dr. J. Krithika has 21 years of experience in teaching management and entrepreneurship. She has one year of experience in managing her family business. Before joining XIME, she was heading the MBA department of Rajalakshmi Engineering College (Autonomous institution), Chennai. Prior to that, she worked for various colleges affiliated to Anna University, Visveswaraya Technical University, and Bangalore University, in their MBA department.

She holds a Ph.D. from Bharathiar University. She also holds a doctorate degree from CMJ University. She has done her MBA from a Bharathiar University affiliated college. She holds a master’s degree in human resource management (MHRM) from Alagappa University and M.Phil. from Annamalai University. She has published around 45 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Her works were cited 69 times in different research articles. Her research area is entrepreneurship, focusing on entrepreneurial behavioral theories.

She has served as resource person for FDPs. She is also an editorial board member for couple of international journals. She has organized and chaired workshops and conferences. She chaired/ participated in the Board of Studies meetings on curriculum design for MBA. She has participated in the workshop on Pedagogy design for MBA of VTU, Belgaum. She was the faculty coordinator for FDP programme in entrepreneurship, organized by EDI, Ahmedabad in association with SVIT, Bangalore.
